PROCESSING TIME
  • All purchases will ship within 7 business days unless stated otherwise.

SHIPPING TIMES (we are a USA based company)

  • First Class Mail requires 4-7 days to receive after order has processed.
  • Priority Mail requires 2-3  days to receive after order has processed.
  • International First Class Mail requires 7-21 days to receive however USPS does not guarantee that time.
  • International Priority Mail requires 6-10 days to receive.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS INFO

  • We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred by your countries customs department. We will declare the value of your package on the customs form. It is the responsibility of you, the buyer to pay those. If the buyer refuses to pay your customs fees and your package is returned to us we, a refund will not be granted. The buyer will incur additional shipping fees to have your package resent.**We will not alter customs forms to a different value than the amount paid, doing so is a federal offense.

RETURN POLICY

  • If your product doesn't work out store credit will be granted for items returned in their original unwashed and unworn condition. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Please email hello@trilogydesignco.com for directions on how to return your item. Please note items in our clearance section are all final sale. 
  • If you receive the wrong item or receive a damaged product you must  contact us within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGES

  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your item tracking updates with USPS it is no longer the responsibility of Trilogy Design Co. Shipping issues should then be directed to www.usps.com/help/claims.com
  • We are not responsible for packages damaged in transit.
  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address an additional shipping charge will be required to reship.
  • If your tracking shows delivery and you did not receive it please contact your local postal carrier.
